Remedy Review
I was very surprised with the newest David Crowder Band album. There were only 10 songs and of those 10 only six were new. The remakes reminded me of their Sunsets & Sushi Album. They also came off making you wonder how much better they would sound live. The cover and inside design is outstanding. I love their creativity.
Glory of It All, Never Let Go, and O For a Thousand Tongues to Sing are my favorites. Glory of It All is a song of hope, praise, and passion. Never Let Go has a prayer feel to it. O For… is a hymn favorite with a new chorus. Neverending is the perfect road trip song. I can picture a pretty hilarious music video. Finally the title track Remedy is a soft melody that speaks of Christ being the one who is the remedy.
Outside my initial surprise (disappointment with only a few new songs) the album rocks!

I was a little surprised also. I heard them in concert for the first time in Pella. I loved them!!! The Vermeer Center rocked that night!

Just bought this last night after reading your post. So far I’m loving the new Everything Glorious, …Neverending…, and O For A Thousand Tongues.
I saw them live in Omaha a few years ago. Great concert. I wasn’t that familiar with them then and came away very impressed. They sent some guy over to the grocery store to get some corn so he could demonstrate what corn husking is. Hilarious.
