Homeless Shelter (part 1)

Today Pauline (the director of the Ottumwa Outreach Center) and I decided to begin construction on the homeless shelter.  The entire scope of the project is grand but quite conquerable.   We are hoping to do 1/2 of the work via donations and volunteer labor.
